Creamy Chicken Corn Chowder

Cook the bacon until crispy and then set aside.
Sear the chicken breasts in the bacon fat and set aside.
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter. Then add in the flour.
Add in the seared chicken, potatoes, corn, and zucchini.
Cover with the stock and cook until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is cooked.
Shred the chicken, add in the cream, cheese, and green onions.
Cook until heated through. Then garnish with bacon and serve!
