Super Simple Sourdough Bagels

These sourdough bagels are thick, chewy, and packed with sourdough flavor!

Combine all the ingredients in a stand mixer and let the dough rest for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into equal balls and then shape into bagels. 

Boil the bagels in baking soda for the perfect bagel taste and texture! 

Add toppings and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with cream cheese and enjoy!
