Instructions
Lavender Simple Syrup
Add the sugar, water, and dried lavender to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Let cool completely to room temperature, then strain into a glass jar and seal tightly with a lid.
Store in the fridge for up to a month!
London Mule
Add the blackberries and mint to the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to gently crush the blackberries to release the juices.
Fill the shaker halfway with ice. Then pour in the gin, lime juice, and lavender simple syrup.
Then gently shake until combined and chilled.
Strain into a glass over ice and then top with ginger beer.
Garnish with fresh blackberries, mint, and lime slices and enjoy!!
