Ingredients
Roasted Grapes

cups
red seedless grapes

tablespoon
olive oil

tablespoon
balsamic vinegar

kosher salt

Crostini
½
French baguette

brie
sliced
2
tablespoons
toasted pecans

tablespoons
balsamic glaze
cracked black pepper
fresh thyme

Instructions
Roasted Grapes
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Place the grapes in a shallow dish and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Then sprinkle on salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the skin is slightly blistered.
Assembly
Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and top with a slice of brie.
Then place in the oven under the broiler for about 5 minutes, or until just starting to toast and the cheese softens. Remove from oven.
Top each with a few roasted grapes and pecans and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Season lightly with fresh cracked pepper and fresh thyme.
Notes
You can make as many or as few crostini as you wish. I usually make 2-4 per person.
