Black Forest Cupcakes
These chocolate cupcakes have a homemade cherry filling and stabilized whipped cream!

In a large pot, cook down the cherry filling. Then chill while you make the cupcakes.
Whisk together all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl, and set aside.
Whisk together the butter, sugar, and eggs. Then add in the dry ingredients.
Add in the milk and mix the batter until combined. Bake cupcakes at 350°F for 18-22 minutes.
Fill the cupcakes with the cherry compote and top with stabilized whipped cream!
