Creamy Chicken Wild Rice Soup

This creamy chicken and wild rice soup is loaded with fresh veggies like carrots, kale, and crispy mushrooms! 

Sauté the mushrooms until crispy. Then remove and set aside.

Add in the onion, garlic, and carrots and sauté until softened and aromatic. 

Add in the stock, wild rice, herbs, and seasonings. Cook until the rice is tender.

Stir in the shredded chicken and simmer until warmed through.

Stir in the heavy cream, and kale and simmer gently until the kale is wilted.

Top with crispy mushrooms and enjoy!
