How to Make Brown Butter!
Brown butter is just unsalted butter that has been melted and gently cooked to bring out a toasty, nutty flavor.

Start by slowly melting butter over medium heat.
Make sure to keep an eye on the butter and stir frequently.
The butter will begin to bubble rapidly.
Then it will quiet down and begin to foam on top.
Once you see the brown specs forming on the bottom, pour into a bowl to stop the cooking.
The specs should be brown (not black/burnt) and have a rich, nutty aroma.
Let the butter cool to room temperature and stir to incorporate the brown specs.
