Pumpkin Meringue Cupcakes

These brown butter pumpkin cupcakes are topped with brown sugar Swiss meringue!

Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Then add in the pumpkin. 

Add in dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Bake for 18-22 minutes.

While the cupcakes bake, make the brown sugar Swiss meringue! 

Frost cooled cupcakes, then use a blow torch to toast the meringue.
