Ingredient Notes

You just need 3 ingredients to make these heart shaped rosé wine gummies!

labeled shot of rosé gummies ingredients

Rosé Wine - Just use your favorite rosé wine to make these gummies! You can also substitute champagne or red wine for more fun flavors! I recommend using a sweet, fruit forward rosé wine for the best flavor!

Unflavored Gelatin - This recipe uses about 3 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin which is equal to about 4 packets (1 standard box) of unflavored gelatin. Don't worry if you don't have exactly 3 tablespoons; a little more or less won't change the recipe!

Sugar - You need a little bit of sugar to help sweeten the gummies.

Pink Luster Powder - This is optional, but I love this pink luster powder because it adds the most beautiful color and sparkle to the rosé gummies!

Heart Shaped Molds - This recipe makes enough to fill 3 mini heart shaped molds, 1 ½ large heart molds, or any combination of the two!

The complete list of ingredients and amounts is located in the recipe card below.

How to Make Rosé Gummies

For these gummies I do half rosé reduction and half regular rosé which means these gummies do contain alcohol (albeit a very small amount). If you want the gummies to be completely alcohol free, reduce 2 cups of rosé down to 1 total cup.

In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup rosé to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, reduce to medium heat and allow to simmer until reduced down to ½ cup, about 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the gelatin powder and the remaining rosé wine. Let sit for about 5 minutes until the gelatin has bloomed and the mixture is thickened.

Add the gelatin mixture to the saucepan with the rosé reduction. Add in the sugar and pink luster powder and return the pan to medium-low heat, whisking continuously.

Cook until the gelatin and sugar are fully dissolved, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pan and set aside.

Carefully pour the mixture into your heart shaped molds and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight) or until set. It's easiest to use a small dropper (the molds I like come with one)!
