What do you do when you have leftover cheese, grapes, and bread from your baked brie cheeseboard?? Make crostini with balsamic roasted grapes and brie obviously! I toasted the slices of bread, added a slice of brie, balsamic roasted grapes, and toasted pecans. And then topped it with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, fresh thyme, and black pepper. And let me tell you, it is delicious!! There are so many amazing flavors working together and I could just talk about it all day!!

Brie - I love the flavor of brie with the roasted grapes but you could also use goat cheese or whipped ricotta!
Pecans - I just love the added crunch on top! You can use toasted pecans or candied pecans! Toasted walnuts would also be
Balsamic Glaze - For the roasted grapes, I just use regular balsamic vinegar but on top I love to drizzle some balsamic glaze! It's totally optional but adds that extra tangy flavor.
