These peach Bellini's, made with frozen peaches, champagne, and triple sec are light, refreshing and the perfect summer cocktail! They're great for brunch or just sipping on a Wednesday afternoon (guilty). They're also great with my peaches and cream cupcakes!

Ingredient Notes
You only need 3 simple ingredients to make these peach Bellini's!
I use frozen peaches because they're easy (I always have them in the freezer) and make the bellinis cold and frothy, but fresh peaches work just as well!
Peaches - I use frozen peaches for the Bellini's and fresh to garnish, but you can also blend up fresh peaches with a cup of ice!
Triple Sec - Any orange or peach liquor will work! I've also made them with Ketel One Botanicals Peach & Orange Blossom vodka and it's SO good!
Champagne - Just use your favorite champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine!

How to Make Bellini's
- In a blender, puree the frozen peaches and triple sec until smooth.
- Pour ¼ cup of peach puree into each glass and top with champagne or prosecco.
- Garnish with peach slices and enjoy!!

Cocktail Serving Tips
For these peach Bellini's, you just need a blender and some glasses!
Traditionally, you would serve a Bellini in a champagne flute with but you can also use a champagne coupe!
